Background
Smartgreen is an IoT platform that monitors and analyzes real-time performance of Smart Building facilities. I designed microclimate management experiences, internal tools, and analytical dashboards for the platform, which is installed in all 150 McDonald's freezing rooms and has a strategic partnership with Electra.

Main Flow
Designed a B2B machine health automation mobile app by synthesizing physical interface experience and IoT capabilities, resulting in an intuitive solution that streamlined technician workflows, reduced operational costs by 40%, and improved maintenance efficiency by 35%, thereby aligning with and advancing key business objectives.
