I introduced a structured yet flexible design process, starting with problem definition and grounding every solution in data, user insights, and competitive research. I partnered early with engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment with the app’s infrastructure.
For collaboration, we relied on Monday.com for project management, Miro and FigJam for ideation, Hotjar and Maze for testing, and Slack for day-to-day communication.
