01 · Context

What I owned

I worked as the only designer and built consistency at scale while shipping quickly. The mandate was to improve operator efficiency, keep engineering aligned to existing data structures, and deliver production-ready workflows without slowing platform evolution.

01

Design system from zero

I established foundations, reusable patterns, and interaction standards used across product teams.

02

Main platform redesign

I redesigned the core data management platform for microclimate and industrial conditioning workflows.

03

Workflow automation for HVAC technicians

I adapted connected chillers flows to field technicians, based on onsite observations and real equipment behavior.

04

Fast delivery on existing data models

I shipped within legacy data constraints, balancing speed, adoption, and operational clarity.

Internal tools for climate operations

03 · Delivery Constraints

Designing with legacy data and speed constraints

Constraint

Existing structures could not be replaced. Flows had to map to current objects, relationships, and service boundaries.

Response

I treated information architecture and interaction states as the leverage point, so we could ship faster without refactoring core models first.
